Meet Our Team.
Iain Deveroux Palmer
Iain brings extensive experience as a vocational trainer to his work because he spent time teaching in construction and rail and prison education settings. With over 30 years in trades and training, he delivers courses including CSCS, PTS, First Aid, Fire Safety, CAT & Genny, and employability skills. Iain brings together his experience as a former deputy education manager at Weston College with his site-based understanding and teaching abilities to help students fulfill UK health and safety requirements while developing actual industry skills.
Andy Chamberlain
Andy brings his deep understanding of rail and construction through his many years working on London Underground and Network Rail and multiple major infrastructure projects. As a company director and senior trainer with Elite Project Services, he specialises in CSCS, PTS Awareness, small tools, First Aid, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling. Andy holds NVQ assessment qualifications and provides railway engineering and compliance training to students. His leadership skills and health and safety expertise make him suitable to direct workforce development programs.
Terry Beale
Terry is a highly skilled trainer and former charge hand with over 20 years’ experience across London Underground and Network Rail. He provides First Aid and Fire Safety training as well as Manual Handling and small tools training and railway-specific competencies that are accredited. Terry applies his experience from groundworks construction and site safety supervision to teach qualifications which teach learners how to work safely in demanding situations. Terry serves as a 7th Dan karate instructor outside of his training duties where he teaches discipline and focuses to students during every class.
